摘要：Personalized Individual Semantics (PIS) means that individuals may understand the same word differently, and this can impact the result of linguistic decision making. Using this tool, we have proposed new research directions for addressing multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems with preference information. The decision information required for this method includes objective information in the form of multi-attribute linguistic decision matrix and subjective preference information in the form of ranking of alternatives. We first propose a consistency-driven model, which utilizes a simulated annealing algorithm to analyze the personalized individual semantics interval numerical scales associated with each linguistic term, as well as the attribute weights. By using a second-stage optimization technique, an optimization model maximizing consensus of the group is constructed to obtain the PISs of linguistic terms. Individual weights are also obtained from the optimization model by minimizing the distance between the individual opinions and collective opinion. Finally, the optimal alternative is selected based on the comprehensive scores of alternatives. We apply this method to the selection of new energy vehicles to demonstrate effectiveness of the group consensus method based on dynamic PIS in addressing MAGDM problems. ? 2023, The Authors.
