摘要：With the development of high-speed railway operation, the effect of foundation and the leading role of city's economic and social development has been gradually revealed. The paper uses the Delphi and AHP method to structure the impact assessment system of high-speed railway on city's economic and social development from five aspects of economic and social influence on the citizen's livelihood, environment and transportation.
