摘要：我国律师为法律援助制度的建立和发展做出了突出贡献,但是在我国目前的情况下,律师与法律援助制度仍不相协调并存在一定的问题。针对这些问题,除了提高综合国力以提高对法律援助的财政投入、转换观念以提高社会各界对于法律援助制度的认识外,更为必要和紧迫的是应建立法律援助公职律师制度。
Lawyers in our country make great contributions to the establishment and development of legal aid system.Howev-er,under the present situation,lawyers and legal aid system are not harmonious and certain problems still existed between them.Aiming at solving those problems,we have to improve our countrys comprehensive national power so as to increase the financial support for legal aid,and we have to change our ideas,inprove our awareness,and encourage all walks of life to take part in legal aid;besides,what is more essential and urgent is that we should estabish legal aid stated-sponsored lawyers.
