摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展,在法学教育方面,经济法传统的教学模式和方法已经不能满足时代的需要,只有从提高学生的法律素养出发,改进教学方法和考核模式。这样培养出来的人才,才能适应时代的需求和社会的发展。
As economy developing rapidly in our country, the traditional education model and method in economic law cannot satisfy the society needing nowadays. Therefore, the only way we can do is improving teaching methods and examining models, so as to heighten students＇ law accomplishment. In this way, the qualified people would fit in with the needs of our period and the society development.
