摘要：回顾美国图书馆联盟的发展历史,分析其在新时期所面临的传统出版业的持续暴利、开放获取博弈、用户需求变化等新形势,阐述在推进开放共享、跨联盟资源协调共享与长期保存、新一代图书馆服务平台、开源项目支持下的业务模型创新、共享档案和本地特藏等方面的变革路径,并从需求驱动、加强合作、积极融入开放科学运动、共建共享基础设施、转变角色5个方面指出对我国图书馆联盟发展的借鉴和启示。
This paper reviews the history of American library consortia,and analyzes the crisis they are facing in the new era,such as continuous huge profits of the traditional publishing industry,open access movement,and changes in user demand.The reform path in promoting open science,coordinated sharing and long-term preservation of resources across consortia,new generation library service platforms,alliance-led business model innovation,and shared local digital archives and special collections are elaborated.On this basis,it points out the reference and inspiration to the development of library consortia in China from five aspects:demand-driven,strengthening cooperation,actively integrating into the open science movement,co-building and sharing service facilities,as well as changing roles.
