摘要：有比较才能鉴别。在半个多世纪里,中国与其他一些发展中大国走的是两种不同的发展道路,选择的是两种不同的改革开放模式,从而也获得了两种不同的效果。中国是一面镜子,从比较中,我们可以鉴别“北京共识”和“华盛顿共识”的不同性质、宗旨及其效应,深化对中国特色社会主义道路的认识,揭示许多重要的经济规律。
Where there is a comparison, there is an identification. During more than fifty years, China,compared with other big developing countries, chose a different reform and opening up mode, and so it has gained greater achievements. China is an example. By comparison, we can distinguish the different characteristics, intentions and effects between'Beijing Consensus'and'Washington Consensus', we can also deepen our views on the Chinese characteristic socialism and bring more important economic laws to light.
