摘要：邓小平认为,体制性缺陷是导致腐败的根本原因,深化体制改革是依靠制度反腐败的根本对策,法制建设是依靠制度反腐败的基本途径,加强制度化监督是依靠制度反腐败的关键,人民群众是依靠制度反腐败的主要力量。
In DENG Xiaoping＇ s opinion, the limitation of system is the essential reason of corruption. To deepen the systematic reformation is the radical countermeasure against the corruption with system. Legal system construction is the basic approach against the corruption with system. To strengthen the system supervision is the key against the corruption with system. Dumb millions are the main power against the corruption with system.
