摘要：民生问题关乎人民幸福安康、社会和谐稳定、政权兴衰治乱。近代中国在反动势力统治下,人民饥寒交迫、备受奴役。孙中山认为列强的侵略是近代中国一切灾难和祸害的总根源,腐朽的封建专制社会制度是国家衰弱、人民困苦的内在原因,土地、资本的垄断剥削是劳动群众民生凋敝、生活困苦的重要原因,技术落后、实业不发达是民生难以改善的瓶颈制约因素。解决近代中国的民生问题、为众生谋幸福,必须实现民族独立、政治民主;必须实行平均地权、土地国有、耕者有其田;必须通过实施门户开放主义、大胆借鉴西方文明成果来发达国家实业而又节制资本、防止大地主大资本家垄断社会财富、压制人民群众从而引发劳资间的社会冲突。其思想给当前我国的民生建设以深刻启示。
Livelihood issues are related to people＇s well-being,social harmony and stability,power rise and fall of chaos.Sun Yat-sen thinks that powers of aggression that are the root of scourge in modern China,and the decadent feudal autocratic social system is a national decline,the underlying causes of suffering people,land,capital,monopoly exploitation of working people＇s livelihood is depressed,an important cause of hardship,backward technology,industrial underdevelopment is difficult to improve the livelihood of the bottleneck constraints.Solving the livelihood problems of modern China,well-being for all beings,the need for national independence and political democracy must implement the equalization of land rights,land owned,land to the tiller;must implement open-door doctrine,boldly learn from the developed countries of Western civilization to industrial who control the capital,to prevent the monopoly of big landlords and big capitalists,the wealth of society,causing people to suppress social conflicts between employers and employees.These ideas have in spiration to the current construction of our livelihood to a profound revelation.
