摘要：根据中国经济体制改革的实质内容,将中国经济体制改革分为三个基本阶段,提出了中国经济体制改革“三阶段论”,并分析了这三个阶段逐次推进的内在逻辑顺序,其变革的主线实质上是从一般要素解放到人的解放,从放权让利到权利重构与再造,从有限公正到全面公正。由此提出并分析了当前我国社会主义市场经济建设过程中的重点与难点问题。
The paper proposes a three-phase process in China's economic reform and maintains that its development must be guided by an internal sequential logic,the essence of which is the gradual shift from the emancipation of periphery elements to that of humanity itself,from the distribution of power to its reconstruction,and from limited justice to complete justice.
