摘要:目前我国高校法学课程内容重复的问题非常严重,这既浪费了教学资源又挫伤了学生的学习积极性。课程设置上因人设课,部门法的调整范围存在争议,教材选择具有随意性,教师的人为因素等是法学课程内容重复的主要原因。而优化课程体系,根据教学大纲统一选编教材,对现用教材内容适当取舍,加强听课督导、增强教师的责任心,则是化解法学课程内容重复的有效途径。
At present,the problem of law course content repetition is very serious in Chinese universities,which will waste teaching resources and dampen student's study enthusiasm.The curriculum's setting aim to teacher's need,the controversial adjusting range of the department law,the arbitrary method of textbook selection,and the teacher's factors are main cause which result in content repetition.Optimizing course system,selecting and editing textbook according to teaching syllabus,choosing the textbook's content appropriately,and strengthening the teaching supervision to enhance the sense of responsibility of teachers is effective resolvents of the problem.
