摘要：针对非公益类数字图书馆经济评价,通过对传统B-S计量模型的扩展,引入信息熵理论,并考虑多阶段循环投资的情况,运用"VALUE=NPV+V",对该项目价值进行计算,得到了一个相对客观的评价模型。通过该模型,可以粗略判定一个数字图书馆在初始阶段的可行性以及在运行阶段当前最优规模的确定。对传统期权计量中不确定性进行评估,在投资过程中有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the economic evaluation of digital library, the paper introduces Information Entropy Theory from the extension of traditional B-S model. On consideration of cycle investment, we calculate the value of the project with the formula： VALUE=NPV＋V, and thus get a relatively objective assessment model, which evaluates the uncertain of normally real options. With the model, one can roughly judge the feasibility of investing in the initial stage and determine the optimal size of the current operational phase of the project. It can assess the uncertain of normally real options and bears reference value to a certain degree.
