摘要：数字经济背景下跨境电商之间的关系是一种高度发展的国际信用关系,其实质是国际经贸关系与信用伦理关系的价值同构和规范互补之平衡。从国际社会整体运行的视角,探析我国跨境电商信用风险防范存在的问题及防范路径。防范跨境电商的信用风险,既要强调经济伦理的回归、加强数据信息监管与完善立法政策制度体系,又要注重国际社会整体运行的思维方式与价值导向,实现信用价值体系、信用监管体系和信用规则体系的内在统一。
The relationship between cross-border e-commerce in the context of digital economy is a highly developed international credit relationship,which is in essence a balance of value isomorphism and normative complementarity between international economic and trade relations and credit ethics relations.From the perspective of the overall operation of the international community,this paper analyzes the existing problems and paths of cross-border e-commerce credit risk prevention in China.To prevent the credit risks of cross-border ecommerce,we should not only emphasize the return of economic ethics,strengthen data information supervision and improve the legislative policy system,but also pay attention to the thinking mode and value orientation of the overall operation of the international community,so as to realize the internal unity of credit value system,credit supervision system and credit rule system.
