摘要：基于对河南省294户重点企业的问卷调查,首先从自主创新产出、创新方式、创新成果利用与保护等方面实证分析了企业自主创新的现状与存在的主要问题,然后从企业内部与外部两个方面综合剖析了企业自主创新的主要影响因素,最后从政企联动的角度提出了优化提高河南省企业自主创新能力的对策建议。
Based on questionnaire research on 294 important enterprises in Henan Province, this paper empirically analyzed actuality and problems about independent innovation of enterprises from aspects of independent innovation output, innova- tion modes, and application and protection of innovation achievements. Then the paper analyzed the major influence factors from the internal and external angles. Finally, the paper put forward countermeasures in order to optimize independent innovation of enterprises in Henan Province.
